Please join us for the official book launch of the long-awaited Christians in the City of Montreal. The reception will take place on Monday, August 18, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. in the chapel and courtyard of Presbyterian College of Montreal where the author will be available to sign your personal copy. Special guest jazz composer Elizabeth Shepherd will attend the Book Launch, to play excerpts from her album, MONTREAL.
On behalf of the Governor General of Canada, a representative of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada will take this opportunity to present to Dr. Smith the King’s Coronation Medal “in recognition of service…in Québec, across Canada and in Haiti as a Christian in public life, advocating for a principled pluralism in education, sustainable community engagement and leadership development”.
